Compassion and empathy are central to my therapeutic approach. I strive to provide a non-judgmental, supportive, and safe environment for all my clients. I believe in meeting my clients where they are in their journey, learning about what clients want to get out of therapy, and then partnering to create unique and compelling goals for treatment. I recognize that no two clients are the same and honor that everyone has their own experiences that shape who they are. My approach is rooted in understanding the complexities of mental health and utilizing evidence-based practices to promote well-being. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, thought disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related challenges. With a Bachelor’s of Social Work from George Mason University and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, I am a compassionate and dedicated clinical therapist committed to supporting individuals on their journey toward healing. Life can be hard, and it can be complicated. Getting help is not always easy, but it can be rewarding and worthwhile.
